the staff were cute and helpful, assisting with luggage transport to and from the pier. they provided a very early check-in, which i really appreciated after a long journey. i also received good recommendations for local trips. the service.

the music from nearby beach parties was quite loud late into the night. earplugs helped a bit, but the noise was still noticeable

The staff was friendly. They greeted us right at the pier and helped us transport our luggage to and from the hotel. i mentioned it was my honeymoon and when we arrived, they had decorated the bed with flowers and towel swans! we also booked our ferry off the island directly through them. it was so convenient.

the door to our sea view bungalow didn't fully close, which left a small gap. this could potentially allow insects to enter the room. luckily, we didn't encounter anything major other than a few ants.
